Halloween is always a fun holiday, my kids get pretty into it. Of course Halloween at school with the parties and costume parade is almost as fun as real Halloween. This year on Saturday we had a ward activity that included dinner, games, and a trunk or treat...which was great because it was freezing. The kids seemed to have a great time, and got plenty of candy! My cute girls!

"Scary" costumes really scared Kelsey...including Lucy's teeth. She wouldn't cry she would just cover her mouth with her hands. Here she is at the elementary school parade. It had enough scary costumes, that she spent the entire parade like this.

Fall Fun!

Fall is so fun. I love the perfect weather, and it signals the beginning of fun holidays and traditions. The annual "Pumpkin Party" at Grandma Keet's is a favorite of my kids. They get to paint pumpkins for grandma's porch, and play with their cousins. They have a blast and this year was no expection. We also try to get to a pumpkin patch every year. This year (and last) we went to the Red Barn. It is a fun experience, you get a tractor ride out to the pumpkin patch, then you pick your own pumpkin, and back to the barn for treats like donuts or ice cream. It was a cold, but fun night for our family. Kelsey is so excited to start painting...she had to go topless due to the mess!

Mason is blessed

On October 10th Corey and Jessica blessed new baby Mason. We took a very quick trip down for the event. We left on Saturday after Mary's soccer game, and game home Sunday evening. We took Uncle Berty with us, which was very fun. It was a quick trip, but it was a lot of fun to see family and sweet baby Mason. Three generations...Papa, Corey, Mason.
The weather was perfect! and the kids enjoyed lounging in it. Here they are drinking their punch!

Spanish Fork Dragons

Mary is part of the Spanish Fork Dragons AA Soccer team. This is their second season, and they are an awesome little team, with an awesome coach. They finished this season in a very solid 2nd place, and their only loss was to the 1st place team. Mary scored a few goals (i think 4?) this season, and just loves playing soccer. The Dragons, with coach Jared and assistant coach Mary.

Callie

After tons and tons of begging, we finally decided to get a pet. We had to go low maintenence, so we got a bunny. She is some kind of dwarf bunny, so she is cute and small and will stay that way. The girls named her Callie. So far she has a been a nice addition to the family (altough its only been about three weeks).

Lucy plays soccer!

In Spanish Fork you can play soccer once you are in Kindergarten. So after watching sisters for a few years, Lucy was all over it. She loved it, and was lucky enough to be on the same team as both her cousin Peyton and friend Emma. I actually work with their coach Greg, and he was great with them. Lucy did some twirling in the field, and lots of high fives, but toward the end of the season she was more into it. She was an AWESOME goalie. She was quite agressive and wasn't afraid to jump right on the ball. She played goalie quite a bit and had only one score on her the whole season.

Lucy's First Day of Kindergarten!

One week after the big girls started school, on Tuesday, August 3oth, it was Lucy's turn to join them! She started Kindergarten! So excited to go!

First day of School 2010!

Tuesday, August 24th Summer officially ended and Mary and Brynn headed off to their first day of school. Mary is in 4th Grade with Mr. Crockett, and Brynn is in 2nd Grade with Mrs. Jurkatis.

Last trip of the summer...Washington!

I LOVE going to visit the Seattle area and my family up there. Here are a ton of pictures to document the fun time we had! We finally got to visit "Hickman Park". It is in Woodway, WA the little town my grandparents live in, and is named after my Papa Bob. It was a really cool park. We ate fish and chips for dinner there and the kids had a blast playing.

Mary loved wakeboarding, she did it almost everyday. Brynn tried it this year too, and did a great job (those pictures are on a different camera dang it!)

The two who stared it all! Grandma Lucy and Papa Bob celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary and every member of the family (except my cousin Grahm who is on a mission) was there to celebrate with them. We crammed a lot of us into the lake house (which they bought 23 years ago), and had a great time doing it! Thank you Grandma and Papa for your wonderful legacy, and a wonderful place to be together!
