I know this is a late post, but hey, that's me. We went to visit Kacy's family on the farm in Idaho over confrence weekend. We had such a nice time. Thank you to the Woodward family for always making us feel so at home! Lot's of cousins at baby Joshua's blessing.
The highlight of the weekend was baby Joshua being blessed.

This is Kelsey and Kacy's cousin Angie's baby Lindon. They are only 10 days apart!

Riding horses at Aunt Greta and Uncle Van's - this was a highlight too!

Kelsey is Blessed!

I know I haven't posted in forever, but I was without a computer for almost three weeks.

Here are pictures from Kelsey's blessing on September 14th. It was a very nice day, and we were so grateful that all of our family could be there.

My Favorite Place

We just got back from a week at my Grandparents Lake House in Washington State. They have had it since I was 9 years old, and it is one of my favorite places. My so grateful for my Grandparents for providing this place for us - it is beautiful, it has tons of fun stuff to do, and I have wonderful memories from there. I'm so glad that my kids are getting to make some there too. We had a great trip - it was so fun to be with my parents, my cousins, Corey and Jess and Colin, and their friends Nate and Rachel. I was seriously so sad when we had to leave.

Here is a view from the front lawn of the house.

Here is my nephew Colin and Lucy on the boat. He is so cute, this picture really doesn't do him justice.

4 Weeks Old Today!

I can't believe Kelsey is already 4 weeks old! She is a good sleeper, a great eater (she is well over 10lbs now) and she is a very sweet baby. We are so lucky to have her in our family.
Lucy is very sweet with Kelsey....but everyone else needs to watch out! :)

Did I mention she spits up a lot?

July 24th - Fiesta Days!

Spanish Fork's big holiday is Pioneer Day - July 24th! We had a great time at the Carnival and the Parade. We had a BBQ at Kris and Katie's that night, and the kids had a great time on the trampoline with the sprinkler... here are some cute pics!
All the kids at the parade - the loved the "princesses" and of course - the candy!
The carousel is the only ride Lucy would go on...and she was still nervous!

Brynn, Mary, Marlee, Peyton and Me on the "scary" ride - hey it did make your stomach drop! I was proud of Brynn and Peyton for going on it. Peyton got a little scared, but she was a trooper. Brynn said it made her stomach feel "a little sick".

Lucy is 3!

Does this kid have some interesting expressions or what?

I can't believe my little Lucy is 3! She turned 3 on July 16th, and we tried to have it be a special day, especially considering that Kelsey so recently joined us. On her actual birthday she got to take her cousin Peyton and friend Emma to see Wall*e. They thought it was fun to go to the movies and get treats, but the movie didn't really keep their attention. On Sunday we had the family over for dinner, cake, and presents - Lucy seemed to enjoy being the center of attention. Despite Lucy's fiesty attitude, she really is sweet and a lot of fun. I am so grateful that she is my daughter - I love Lucy!

Lucy was very excited about her "dora crocks" from Grandma Keet!

Kelsey Jean

Yes, our new little girl - Kelsey Jean - finally joined our family. I know it has taken me awhile to post this (she is exactly a week old), but I was having some technical difficulties with my computer. Anyway, Kelsey was born July 5, 2008 at 11:06 in the morning. She weighed 8lbs 110z (an excuse for why I was so huge!) and is a very sweet baby. Her sisters have been great with her, and we are all adjusting very well to our new addition.

This is Kelsey under the warmer in the nursery - she had a hard time keeping her temperature up at first.

Mary, Brynn, and Lucy trying to hold Kelsey all together. This is as we are trying to leave the hospital.

Here is Kelsey being held by Grandma Linda right after her first bath - notice she has already spit up on her outfit - she is quite spitty!
